Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of software sales experience in the assigned region.
- Educational background in Business Management or IT.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Proven experience within global IT vendor companies.
- Experience in software or hardware sales within finance, publicly listed companies, large enterprises, and the public sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate should reside in Kazakhstan.
- Fluency in English, Kazakh, Russian.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets independently through proactive sales and business development strategies.
- Deliver effective software demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
- Generate qualified sales leads (SQL) through targeted outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
