Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers using various communication channels.
- Educate new customers on platform benefits and business growth.
- Execute ad-hoc activation campaigns.
- Communicate merchant feedback and blockers to product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to optimize activation playbooks.
