Requirements
- 6-8+ years of product management experience.
- Depth in fraud, risk, or trust & safety.
- Experience as a platform PM building internal-facing systems.
- Strong technical fluency in streaming architectures and workflow orchestration.
- Understanding of ML model integration.
- Data-driven decision making capabilities.
- Experience working with fraud operations and case management.
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for the Financial Risk platform.
- Drive the roadmap for the Decision Platform, a real-time rules engine.
- Build and improve fraud investigation tooling and automations.
- Define and evolve the restriction and mitigation framework.
- Partner with Fraud and Data Science teams on model integration and rule development.
- Own key risk metrics and use data to drive prioritization.
- Break down complex infrastructure projects into incremental phases.
