Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years operating at a senior level with full location ownership.
- Deep proficiency with HiBob or equivalent HRIS platforms.
- Experience managing multi-country or cross-jurisdictional HR Ops and compliance.
- Experience in data center, manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record of implementing automations and process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision making.
- Full professional English fluency (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Execute full employee lifecycle for the location including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Serve as primary escalation point for HR Ops issues.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding for office and data center personnel.
- Maintain HRIS data quality and governance in HiBob.
- Lead automation and AI-driven process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation compliance across all relevant jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with EHS to maintain safety training records and compliance for data center staff.
- Develop and document global HR Ops standards and playbooks.
