Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in complex business environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow automation, declarative solution design, security models, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, or customer portals is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce analytics tools such as Einstein Analytics is a plus.
- Previous experience mentoring junior administrators or contributing to governance initiatives is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, platform governance, system stability, and ongoing optimization activities.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, user experience, and system adoption across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee integrations, connected applications, and platform architecture to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, release management processes, platform documentation, and user enablement resources.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and long-term platform strategy while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across global teams.
