Requirements
- Enterprise-level experience in a professional services organization
- Experience as a Solution Architect or Business Consultant
- Delivered moderate to complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, or CRM solutions
- Demonstrated leadership in business discussions and solution value architecture
- Requirements gathering, use case documentation, and business analysis
- Systems design and integration experience
- Experience with data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reports
- Experience in end-to-end SDLC from workshops to handover
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to converse effectively with Finance teams and understand accounting
Responsibilities
- Solution design using the full Zuora product portfolio
- Design and validate solution architecture against business requirements
- Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards
- Articulate and present technology point of views
- Present architecture deliverables (Ecosystem/Integration diagrams, ERD, Business Process Flows, Mock-ups)
- Interact and communicate with key project sponsors from CXO to end users
- Deliver Expert Services to Zuora Partners
