Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Deep expertise in Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Activation
- Strong programming skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Experience designing enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment practices
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
- Manage data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
- Develop and optimize Apex, LWC, and Aura components
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
