Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements elicitation, and Agile software delivery environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reporting, and security models.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware concepts, and platform capabilities from a functional perspective.
  • Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flow diagrams, and business documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including stakeholder collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect technical concepts with business outcomes and provide consultative guidance to clients and teams.
  • Experience with release management, change management, testing coordination, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements for Salesforce projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions following platform best practices.
  • Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process maps, use cases, wireframes, prototypes, and workflow documentation to support project delivery.
  • Conduct impact analysis, support release management activities, and ensure solution feasibility within project constraints.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Support user adoption initiatives by developing training materials, release documentation, and functional guidance for end users.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, scope, quality metrics, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify optimization opportunities within existing Salesforce implementations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to maintaining high delivery standards and consulting excellence.
