  • Ability to manage strategic partnerships in fast-paced, matrixed, and high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and data-driven account planning approaches.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align customer objectives with commercial solutions and product strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand product capabilities, integrations, and evolving technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic cruise line partnerships with a focus on revenue expansion and long-term relationship development.
  • Analyze partner performance data, identify trends, and develop forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.
  • Build and present data-driven recommendations that help partners improve ancillary revenue performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure successful execution of partner initiatives and operational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, solutions, and engagement across additional business units within partner organizations.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to enhance account planning, market research, and partner communication strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Support negotiations, partnership discussions, and consensus-building efforts to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs within the travel and cruise technology ecosystem.
