- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Responsibilities
- Develop and present integrated media recommendations in collaboration with research and strategy teams
- Manage end-to-end media planning, stewardship, and quality control for assigned clients
- Translate business objectives into effective cross-channel digital media strategies
- Collaborate with analytics teams to align campaigns with KPIs and performance goals
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal inventory and pricing
- Oversee insertion orders, campaign updates, and media plan revisions
- Ensure accurate campaign trafficking, budgeting, and performance delivery
- Partner with ad operations, search, social, and analytics teams to execute campaigns
- Mentor and support junior media planning team members
- Provide thought leadership on digital trends
