Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to ABM or demand generation
  • Solid understanding of ABM principles, targeting strategies, and funnel optimization
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo or similar platforms)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales initiatives
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and account-level programs
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing operations, and revenue teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Run always-on ABM programs by monitoring intent signals and identifying in-market accounts in real time
  • Translate buying signals into actionable outreach and coordinate with sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation
  • Route high-priority account activity to the appropriate account owners to ensure timely follow-up
  • Support the development and execution of 1:few and industry-focused ABM campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops on segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to measure ABM effectiveness and pipeline impact
