- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and resolve player concerns while ensuring a positive and satisfying support experience.
- Take ownership of incoming conversations to ensure all customer queries are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support administrative tasks, escalations, and translation-related activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Balance multiple support requests while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks aligned with operational priorities and customer satisfaction goals.
