Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of clinical PSG experience.
  • RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
  • Expert-level knowledge in PSG workflows and at least one PSG product line.
  • Expertise in educational program design and delivery.
  • Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet medical facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Cadwell’s clinical expert for the PSG product portfolio.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs including webinars, workshops, and certifications.
  • Manage customer go-live and re-training plans, including clinical configuration.
  • Collaborate with Customer Implementation Teams on scopes of work and implementation timelines.
  • Provide clinical expertise and workflow guidance to sales teams and during site evaluations.
  • Troubleshoot clinical and configuration issues for post-implementation customers.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to product development and software enhancements.
  • Define, measure, and monitor team KPIs for continuous improvement.
