- Minimum of 10 years of clinical PSG experience required.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of clinical PSG experience.
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Expert-level knowledge in PSG workflows and at least one PSG product line.
- Expertise in educational program design and delivery.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinical configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to meet medical facility credentialing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Cadwell’s clinical expert for the PSG product portfolio.
- Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs including webinars, workshops, and certifications.
- Manage customer go-live and re-training plans, including clinical configuration.
- Collaborate with Customer Implementation Teams on scopes of work and implementation timelines.
- Provide clinical expertise and workflow guidance to sales teams and during site evaluations.
- Troubleshoot clinical and configuration issues for post-implementation customers.
- Contribute clinical expertise to product development and software enhancements.
- Define, measure, and monitor team KPIs for continuous improvement.
