Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems engineering, platform engineering, automation, or DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Designing and delivering internal tools from idea through production.
- Understanding of AI-enabled workflows, prompt-driven systems, and agent patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs into workflows.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
- Experience with GitHub, Git, and software delivery practices.
- Strong knowledge of GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or similar identity mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SaaS, integration, and cloud infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-enabled tools, workflows, and internal automations.
- Connect AI agents and tools with enterprise systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Jira.
- Build, maintain, and improve MCP connections and supporting infrastructure.
- Design durable automation solutions using Python, Go, or no-code tools.
- Support weekly AI enablement sessions and translate use cases into workflows.
- Partner with Security to implement safe patterns for AI production readiness.
- Manage infrastructure and deployment using Terraform and version-controlled delivery.
- Create technical documentation and reusable patterns for AI adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and improve solutions.
- Balance quick wins with long-term maintainability and operational scale.
