Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Customer Success or account management role
  • Direct experience supporting national and regional health plans at a health tech or health benefits company
  • Deep fluency in payer dynamics: ASO vs. fully insured models
  • Deep fluency in STAR ratings, NCQA/HEDIS/QARR metrics, and care management workflows
  • Proven ability to build and manage multi-threaded relationships
  • Track record of launching and operationalizing new client verticals
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Experience using AI tools for reporting, communications, and trend analysis
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own the client lifecycle at both the health plan partnership level and individual ASO/group account level
  • Lead health plan partnership onboarding from pre-contract through go-live
  • Own ASO/group client go-live implementations and triage questions
  • Build scalable, repeatable materials like launch playbooks and reporting decks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior health plan stakeholders
  • Translate complex client goals into strategic plans
  • Own the overarching reporting strategy for each health plan partnership
  • Act as the client voice for the Health Plan segment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategy
