Requirements
- 6+ years in a Customer Success or account management role
- Direct experience supporting national and regional health plans at a health tech or health benefits company
- Deep fluency in payer dynamics: ASO vs. fully insured models
- Deep fluency in STAR ratings, NCQA/HEDIS/QARR metrics, and care management workflows
- Proven ability to build and manage multi-threaded relationships
- Track record of launching and operationalizing new client verticals
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into clear insights
- Experience using AI tools for reporting, communications, and trend analysis
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Own the client lifecycle at both the health plan partnership level and individual ASO/group account level
- Lead health plan partnership onboarding from pre-contract through go-live
- Own ASO/group client go-live implementations and triage questions
- Build scalable, repeatable materials like launch playbooks and reporting decks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior health plan stakeholders
- Translate complex client goals into strategic plans
- Own the overarching reporting strategy for each health plan partnership
- Act as the client voice for the Health Plan segment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategy
