Requirements

  • 4-6 years of success and quota attainment in software sales.
  • Strong business acumen and deal-driving experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suites.
  • Demonstrated resiliency and personal drive.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite and Executives (plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (plus).
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with board and compliance applications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close for SMB & Mid-Market segments.
  • Present software solutions to prospects via demos (remote or in-person).
  • Maintain sales pipeline using consultative selling methodologies.
  • Engage with customers to ensure long-term stability and success.
  • Maintain accurate data and forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding support.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to validate strategy.
