Requirements
- 4-6 years of success and quota attainment in software sales.
- Strong business acumen and deal-driving experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suites.
- Demonstrated resiliency and personal drive.
- Experience selling to C-Suite and Executives (plus).
- Experience with Salesforce.com (plus).
- Experience working with non-profit organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with board and compliance applications (preferred).
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close for SMB & Mid-Market segments.
- Present software solutions to prospects via demos (remote or in-person).
- Maintain sales pipeline using consultative selling methodologies.
- Engage with customers to ensure long-term stability and success.
- Maintain accurate data and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding support.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to validate strategy.
