Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, fertility, or third-party reproduction preferred.

- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of clients.
- Ability to communicate succinctly using different formats.
Responsibilities
- Review and process egg donor, sperm donor, and gestational carrier applications.
- Coordinate preliminary testing prior to physician screening.
- Facilitate matching between donors/gestational carriers and intended parents.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned GC/IP and Donor/IP cases.
- Ensure documentation is compliant with FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and confidentiality standards.
- Create treatment calendars and provide step-by-step instructions.
- Confirm completion of legal contracts, confidentiality agreements, and financial clearance.
- Manage patient concerns and escalations.
- Maintain and optimize workflows within the NEST platform.
