Virtual Patient Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Answer all incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Transfer calls or take messages as needed.
Register new patients in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Schedule new patient consultations and ensure all questionnaires are completed prior to provider appointments.
Email welcome packets to patients following successful registration.
Provide accurate information to patients regarding their questions and concerns.
Maintain and protect confidential patient records.
