Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in trust operations (T3K/T3000), wealth management, fiduciary administration, or related banking.
- Strong knowledge of trust-administration workflows (distributions, tax coordination, investment oversight, custody, client communications).
- Familiarity with regulatory and fiduciary requirements governing trusts.
- Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with Trust Officers and executives.
- Experience in professional-services or managed-services (preferred).
- Exposure to automation technologies like RPA, BOTs, or macros (preferred).
- Experience creating SOPs, risk frameworks, audits, or control documentation (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously (preferred).
- Experience with trust/wealth platforms and workflow tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day trust-administration tasks including documentation management, account maintenance, cash processing, reconciliation, and asset administration.
- Support distribution-processing workflows.
- Support custody-oversight tasks including titling checks, asset onboarding, and break/exceptions management.
- Assist tax-season workflows.
- Manage client/beneficiary interactions, service requests, and document routing.
- Participate in scoping and due-diligence for new engagements.
- Conduct process walkthroughs and capture SOPs.
- Support transition frameworks, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain operational governance artifacts including Risk Registers and control documentation.
- Monitor and report on SLA/KPI performance and risk events.
