Requirements
- Experience using Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with AI like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude.
- Deep understanding of short form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy.
- Proven success on short form content as the editor for growing accounts.
- Analytical skills, basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
- Ability to stay on top of trends on the various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Contribute to Pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for your videos.
- Work in cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Pay close attention to comments on all channels.
- Record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC style content from time to time.
- Leverage AI to create concepts from scratch and/or to create new hooks, b-roll, etc.
