Requirements
- 2+ years of video editing experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with AI platforms (ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude).
- Deep understanding of short-form content (hooks, storytelling, pacing).
- Proven success growing accounts with short-form content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical understanding of paid advertising KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts).
- Record A-roll, B-roll, and other UGC-style content.
- Leverage AI to create concepts, new hooks, and B-roll.
- Monitor comments and engagement across all channels.
- Work in cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Apply analytical skills to optimize for paid advertising KPIs.
