Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
- 3+ years of experience working with technical teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of professional consulting experience.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis, modeling, and documentation (e.g., user stories, data flow diagrams).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience building and executing test plans for complex data transformation.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Strong English communication skills for client-facing and team environments.
- Ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to align features with product roadmap and vision.
- Develop sprint and deployment plans aligned to go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to monitor product usage data and user behaviors.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, facilitating refinement sessions.
- Document requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead user interviews, usability tests, and A/B tests to share insights with the team.
- Report on initiative health, risks, and triage issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, InfoSec, Marketing, etc.) to capture requirements.
- Support delivery execution by working directly with global engineering teams.
- Address post-release issues as part of product support.
