Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience building and shipping impactful products.
- Experience building payment solutions within the fintech industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of how software is built and operated.
- Experience building technical software products.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to shape direction based on needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience using both qualitative insights and quantitative data for decision-making.
- Experience conducting user research and A/B testing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep user research to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development cycle.
- Define, document, and drive product roadmaps, project plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to discover and launch solutions.
- Ensure successful launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, operations, and compliance teams.
- Optimize existing Pay-ins and Payouts payment methods.
- Develop product strategies for seamless payment experiences.
- Lead product initiatives to expand payout channels in new markets.
