Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
- Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data for decision-making.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (preferred).
- Background in higher education or workforce outcomes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to synthesize client requests.
- Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through research.
- Manage and maintain focus-area roadmaps based on user value and company strategy.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to launch and iteration.
- Maintain clear documentation of product decisions and rationale.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure solutions are technically sound and scalable.
