Responsibilities
- Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for prescriber onboarding & core experience.
- Optimize the therapist and client experience focusing on quality and outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with other PMs to support marketplace engagement.
- Lead high-visibility initiatives including end-to-end product and feature ownership.
- Prioritize ideas and create specifications for maximum impact.
- Analyze product impact using data to inform future steps.
- Collaborate with development and design teams throughout the sprint lifecycle.
- Perform UAT and functional QA.
- Work cross-functionally across development, support, marketing, clinical, and operations.
- Own KPIs and manage strategy for long-term organizational direction.
