Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or transaction platforms.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, on/off-ramp, and routing.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes.
  • Experience with merchant integration (API-based) and PSP/acquirer ecosystem.
  • Experience designing or owning end-to-end payment or card products.
  • Strong product architecture thinking and system design capabilities.
  • Proven ability to improve merchant experience or user conversion.
  • Strong data analysis skills balanced with user insights.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and understand technical constraints.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of LATAM markets and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM.
  • Define and refine end-to-end payment product architecture.
  • Identify and resolve user pain points and merchant integration challenges.
  • Redesign and optimize merchant onboarding and API usability.
  • Improve user onboarding and payment experience, reducing KYC and transaction barriers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product strategy.
  • Design and iterate product solutions including user flows and requirements.
  • Analyze product performance and drive key metrics like conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams.
  • Optimize payment processes including reconciliation and settlement.
