Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or transaction platforms.
- Solid understanding of payment flows, on/off-ramp, and routing.
- Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Experience with merchant integration (API-based) and PSP/acquirer ecosystem.
- Experience designing or owning end-to-end payment or card products.
- Strong product architecture thinking and system design capabilities.
- Proven ability to improve merchant experience or user conversion.
- Strong data analysis skills balanced with user insights.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and understand technical constraints.
- Fluency in English.
- Understanding of LATAM markets and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM.
- Define and refine end-to-end payment product architecture.
- Identify and resolve user pain points and merchant integration challenges.
- Redesign and optimize merchant onboarding and API usability.
- Improve user onboarding and payment experience, reducing KYC and transaction barriers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product strategy.
- Design and iterate product solutions including user flows and requirements.
- Analyze product performance and drive key metrics like conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Optimize payment processes including reconciliation and settlement.
