Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing products within fintech, trading, crypto, or high-growth digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of trading ecosystems, user behaviors, and end-to-end trading workflows across mobile and web
  • Proven ability to translate local market insights and user research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to validate hypotheses, prioritize features, and measure outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, design, data, and business teams around shared goals
  • Strong product intuition with a track record of shipping impactful, user-loved products
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed teams is highly valued
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience in trading (crypto, FX, or equities) or familiarity with technical analysis tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead local market product strategy for Latin America, identifying key growth opportunities across user segments, trading behaviors, and regional fintech ecosystems
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across web and mobile, from onboarding and discovery to execution and post-trade analysis
  • Develop localized go-to-market and product strategies tailored to different trader profiles, including beginners, retail traders, and advanced users
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and market data to identify friction points and drive improvements in conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Prioritize and manage the regional product roadmap, balancing global platform capabilities with local market needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver and iterate on product features
  • Translate market insights into scalable product initiatives that support regional growth and business objectives
  • Measure product impact using clear success metrics and continuously optimize based on performance data
