  • 2+ years of experience editing short-form vertical video.
  • Demonstrated experience editing paid social ads.
  • Strong fluency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
  • Proficiency with AI editing tools such as Descript, Opus Clip, or Adobe Enhance.
  • Experience editing UGC while maintaining authentic, native feel.
  • Strong captioning skills with attention to timing and style.
  • Understanding of hook-led structure and retention curves.
  • Willingness to learn FDA marketing compliance for regulated categories.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 12–16 short-form educational videos per month.
  • Cut 8–15 paid ad variations per month for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce multiple variants of ad concepts for creative testing.
  • Edit UGC submissions into authentic, cohesive narratives.
  • Implement compliance feedback across multiple revision rounds.
  • Maintain organized archives of raw footage and finished assets.
  • Consistently apply brand standards across all video content.
  • Stay current on trends in health and wellness social media.
