Requirements

  • 6+ years in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in SaaS.
  • Experience in Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record recruiting and activating partners for Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK partner ecosystem (lifecycle/CRM/e-commerce agencies, systems integrators).
  • Comfortable owning discovery calls, account mapping, and co-selling.
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management software.
  • Self-starter capable of building programs from the ground up.
  • Knowledge of competitor partner programs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with e-commerce ecosystems like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Based in the UK in London.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Build the UK partner portfolio from zero targeting CRM, lifecycle, and e-commerce agencies.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns including discovery calls and partnership pitches.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from qualification to signed agreement.
  • Onboard new partners through certification and Brevo Enterprise product training.
  • Equip partners with sales collateral, battle cards, and demo environments.
  • Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline.
  • Partner with UK Sales Leadership on deal registration and account mapping.
  • Report on UK partner KPIs such as active partners and sourced revenue.
