- Direct experience with ERP or financial systems.
- Background in integrating and optimizing financial data flows.
- Deep expertise in leveraging AI tools such as Gemini or Claude CoWork.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ownership, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional organizational environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audit of current Finance department processes.
- Develop 12-month transformation roadmap prioritizing AI-driven automation.
- Implement at least two key AI-powered automation solutions in payroll, reconciliation, or reporting.
- Analyze current systems and provide recommendations for upgrades or new financial suites.
- Create standardized, automated reporting templates for real-time decision-making.
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with Data, Tech, and business teams.
- Define and optimize financial data recording and analysis processes.
