Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, venture finance, or startup operations.
- Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).
- Experience with Python or data science tools is a plus.
- Deep interest in and understanding of blockchain, AI, and financial products.
- Knowledge of economics, tokenomics, risk management, and treasury operations.
- Ability to handle cross-functional challenges in lean, iterative environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models for commercial partnerships, token economics, and new AI product initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and propose optimizations for ecosystem growth.
- Oversee outsourced accounting, maintain forecasts, and coordinate treasury operations.
- Partner on entity structuring, capital flows, and payment processes.
- Manage fund disbursements, grant programs, and governance protocols.
- Evaluate financial viability and commercial risks of AI and blockchain products.
- Act as a bridge between Finance, Product, Business Operations, and GTM teams.
