Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tools
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Hands-on experience operating production environments in AWS
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Experience with container orchestration like ECS or Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of observability practices (e.g., Datadog)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Define and own standards for AI-assisted development organization-wide
- Evaluate, build, or adopt AI-powered tools for code quality and security
- Partner with engineering teams to guide AI tool adoption and lead workshops
- Establish metrics to quantify the impact of AI tooling on productivity
- Contribute to AWS infrastructure design and scaling on-call
- Mentor engineers and uphold infrastructure quality
