Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or comparable SaaS experience
- Proven track record of retention, expansion, and renewal outcomes
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Consultative approach to customer goals
- Ability to work independently and own outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, ClientSuccess, or ChurnZero is a plus
- Industry knowledge in logistics, field service, or B2B SaaS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise customers
- Lead subscription and relationship management
- Drive retention, mitigate risk, and manage renewals
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute expansion opportunities
- Build relationships with customer senior leadership
- Set a strategic engagement cadence including QBRs
- Guide customers through the full lifecycle
- Act as the customer voice within the company
- Monitor customer health and business risk using data
