Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or comparable SaaS experience
  • Proven track record of retention, expansion, and renewal outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Consultative approach to customer goals
  • Ability to work independently and own outcomes
  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement
  • Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, ClientSuccess, or ChurnZero is a plus
  • Industry knowledge in logistics, field service, or B2B SaaS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Lead subscription and relationship management
  • Drive retention, mitigate risk, and manage renewals
  • Partner with Sales to identify and execute expansion opportunities
  • Build relationships with customer senior leadership
  • Set a strategic engagement cadence including QBRs
  • Guide customers through the full lifecycle
  • Act as the customer voice within the company
  • Monitor customer health and business risk using data
