Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical consulting
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts in SaaS or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive-level engagement
  • Project management skills for internal and external processes
  • Proactive problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
  • Data-driven approach to tracking customer health and metrics
  • Startup-compatible, hands-on, bias-for-action attitude

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Partner with Sales to drive expansion and net retention
  • Define success metrics and use cases to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and DevOps stakeholders
  • Facilitate a semi-annual Customer Advisory Board
  • Proactively monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk
  • Contribute to customer success programs, onboarding, and enablement
  • Act as a product expert to assist customers and identify upsell opportunities
  • Communicate customer feedback to prioritize product fixes and roadmap
