Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical consulting
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts in SaaS or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level engagement
- Project management skills for internal and external processes
- Proactive problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
- Data-driven approach to tracking customer health and metrics
- Startup-compatible, hands-on, bias-for-action attitude
Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Partner with Sales to drive expansion and net retention
- Define success metrics and use cases to deliver measurable outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with executive and DevOps stakeholders
- Facilitate a semi-annual Customer Advisory Board
- Proactively monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk
- Contribute to customer success programs, onboarding, and enablement
- Act as a product expert to assist customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback to prioritize product fixes and roadmap
