Requirements
- Minimum 5 years technical account management or solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Ability to build and manage data integrations and custom connectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
- Experience in marketing programme management and client data management.
- Practical knowledge of identity resolution and CDP-type activities.
- Experience building or working with AI-driven data products, pipelines, or platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess data sources for client ΛTLΛS deployment.
- Build custom connectors and data integrations using Snowflake and Databricks.
- Support context gathering and data uploading for product accuracy.
- Review semantic inputs and outputs and perform data validation.
- Train enterprise clients on the ΛTLΛS platform.
- Define alerting and notification strategies.
- Develop documentation strategies for client knowledge capture.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across client technical and marketing teams.
