Requirements
- 4-6+ years of relevant consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or Management Information Systems.
- Exceptional project and change management skills.
- Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional complex analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience managing and leading project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage people remotely.
- MBA and/or PMP (or similar certifications) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of client sourcing including data analysis and implementation.
- Design and execute strategy for contract negotiations and cost optimization.
- Structure ill-defined problems and develop analytical frameworks for client implementation.
- Independently structure, write, and present work product to clients.
- Manage and direct consultant teams to execute client deliverables.
- Develop new intellectual capital and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and track workstreams, engage stakeholders, and provide reporting.
- Serve as a mentor and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
