Requirements
- 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in home softline categories.
- Previous experience with high-end national brands in the United States.
- Strong background in supply chain management or operations.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-starter with a proactive, continuous-learning mindset.
- Experience with e-commerce category management is preferred.
- Ability to travel to vendor partners approximately 1-2 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Scout for vendor partners in North America with fast production lead times.
- Pitch and onboard new vendor partners with clear scaling criteria.
- Drive partner operations excellence and expand supplier base to improve costs and quality.
- Manage capacity at supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth.
- Act as an ambassador to partners to deepen relationships and drive continuous improvement.
- Improve product launch hit-rates and reduce development times by identifying bottlenecks.
- Provide strategic oversight of the sourcing landscape for markets in the USA, Canada, and Europe.
- Lead across diverse stakeholders and define new SOPs for improved ways of working.
