Manager, Recruiting (US Warehouses)

Directly manage and develop onsite recruiting team members located at New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment centers.
Act as the primary talent partner to East and West Coast Warehouse General Managers to translate operational goals into hiring plans.
Oversee strategy for high-volume hourly warehouse hiring and high-touch professional recruiting for managerial and quality control roles.
Build and execute proactive strategies for seasonal ramp-ups.
Lead select mid-to-senior level warehouse management searches using passive sourcing and assessment skills.
Establish Quince as an employer of choice through local community sourcing and optimized onsite hiring events.
Improve hiring processes including ATS automation and rapid-screening tools.
Track and evaluate funnel health, cost-per-hire, cycle times, and recruiter productivity.
