Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant international sourcing, product development, or production experience.
- Experience owning and being responsible for a functional category.
- Overseas (preferably Asia) Sourcing experience, both direct and through third parties.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, cut-and-sew, print packaging).
- Direct people management experience.
- Confident managing a defined area of COGS.
- Proficient in Excel, PLM systems, and Google Suite.
- Cross-functional leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the global geodiversity strategy through data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance using monthly scorecards and KPIs.
- Manage annual tooling budget and perform monthly financial reconciliation.
- Oversee product development lifecycles and mitigate roadblocks for on-time delivery.
- Lead process-improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.
- Manage and mentor a Sourcing Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Quality teams.
