  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline and brand presence
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance optimization
  • Experience leading teams across content, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with modern MarTech (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, analytics/BI platforms)
  • Scrappy, hands-on, and ready to build from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine Hatch’s product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee all demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and industry events.
  • Strengthen the Hatch brand as the market leader in AI-driven customer communication.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to define value propositions and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead a team to deliver compelling thought leadership content, webinars, and case studies.
  • Set KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze campaign and pipeline performance.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team.
