- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance optimization
- Experience leading teams across content, demand generation, and product marketing
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with modern MarTech (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, analytics/BI platforms)
- Scrappy, hands-on, and ready to build from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Own and refine Hatch’s product positioning and messaging.
- Oversee all demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and industry events.
- Strengthen the Hatch brand as the market leader in AI-driven customer communication.
- Partner with product and growth teams to define value propositions and competitive differentiation.
- Lead a team to deliver compelling thought leadership content, webinars, and case studies.
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze campaign and pipeline performance.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team.
