Responsibilities
- Support client technology onboardings and setups
- Manage ongoing client administration throughout engagement lifecycle
- Coordinate third-party vendor relationships
- Build and maintain Airtable back-end integrations
- Execute list scrubs and data hygiene processes
- Use Claude and other AI tools for research and process efficiency
- Partner with the Operations Manager on process automation
- Support creation and documentation of SOPs
- Maintain sales enablement and internal documentation
- Deliver new hire training on systems and processes
