Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS B2B company.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for conferences and client on-sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude and strong sales instinct.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in 360Learning product and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
  • Configure and present engaging demo environments for prospects.
  • Build strategies with Account Executives for POC/pilot construction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers from developers to executives.
  • Provide technical feedback and insights to the Product team.
  • Develop and document internal best practices and sales engineering processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
