Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation.
- Previous experience in a SaaS B2B company.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
- Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for conferences and client on-sites.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude and strong sales instinct.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in 360Learning product and value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
- Configure and present engaging demo environments for prospects.
- Build strategies with Account Executives for POC/pilot construction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers from developers to executives.
- Provide technical feedback and insights to the Product team.
- Develop and document internal best practices and sales engineering processes.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
