Requirements

  • Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university.
  • Professional French & English Fluency (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solutions architect, or customer support.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders via technical sales acumen.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing hardware or software product evaluations.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
  • Experience with cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, and computer networking.
  • Experience with business systems integration, automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • Become an expert on Samsara's IoT and AI product suite.
  • Articulate solution value to prospects.
  • Deliver discovery, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concepts.
  • Guide customers through hardware installation and deployment planning.
  • Write scripts using the open API to solve customer problems.
  • Consult on integration, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between product and sales teams.
