Requirements
- Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university.
- Professional French & English Fluency (written and verbal).
- 2+ years experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solutions architect, or customer support.
- Ability to influence stakeholders via technical sales acumen.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing hardware or software product evaluations.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience with cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, and computer networking.
- Experience with business systems integration, automation and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
- Become an expert on Samsara's IoT and AI product suite.
- Articulate solution value to prospects.
- Deliver discovery, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concepts.
- Guide customers through hardware installation and deployment planning.
- Write scripts using the open API to solve customer problems.
- Consult on integration, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between product and sales teams.
