Responsibilities
- Ensure client platform knowledge and technical alignment with business needs.
- Accelerate user adoption through training and feature education.
- Drive product adoption and increase client value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively manage churn risk through action plans.
- Develop client engagement and success strategies via data analysis.
- Represent the client voice internally to drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary.
