Responsibilities
- Ensure services are delivered as promised in the SOW.
- Build and lead teams for DevOps, QA, and UX processes.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead proposal preparation for pre-sales processes.
- Track revenue, profitability, and manage budgets.
- Hire, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Resolve client escalations and project issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team morale.
- Manage project roadmaps and resource estimates.
