Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering)
- Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence
- Strong understanding of project management
- Strong understanding of data analysis
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional research and reporting skills
- Exceptional use of judgement and discretion
- Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%)
Responsibilities
- Leads projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning and execution, risk management, communication and stakeholder management, scope and cost control
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Navigates ambiguity and has a system and process solution mindset to support growth and continuous improvement
- Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships
- Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets and revenue goals, forecasting, resource plans
- Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities
- Effectively lead implementation of new and ongoing studies
- Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects
