Requirements

  • Experience with real estate funds, syndicators, or investor-facing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of communication dynamics between GPs and Limited Partners (LPs).
  • Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Highly motivated by commission-based performance and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified General Partner (GP) conversations.
  • Close deals through relationship-building, trust, and demonstrating value.
  • Develop active referral and partnership channels to generate warm leads.
