Requirements
- Proven industry connections within the real estate sector.
- Direct experience selling to or working with General Partners (GPs).
- Experience with real estate funds, syndicators, or investor-facing platforms.
- Strong understanding of communication dynamics between GPs and Limited Partners (LPs).
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Highly motivated by commission-based performance and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified General Partner (GP) conversations.
- Close deals through relationship-building, trust, and demonstrating value.
- Develop active referral and partnership channels to generate warm leads.
- Drive measurable, direct impact on revenue growth.
