Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Design and present technical solution configurations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with partners to design technical solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and target IT solution opportunities.
- Engage in customer calls to discover and qualify opportunities.
- Achieve and maintain vendor certifications through training.
- Provide enablement training to sales teams on current and emerging solution sets.
- Participate in or lead Solution Development teams.
- Contribute to building internal organizational processes and go-to-market initiatives.
