Requirements
- 5+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with C4 Model and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Azure, AWS).
- Networking expertise including DNS, proxies, firewalls, and VPCs.
- Proficiency in Identity management (LDAP, SSO, SAML, Azure Entra, Okta).
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of print, workflow, and output automation.
- Technical skills: diagramming, bash/PowerShell, SQL basics, RESTful APIs.
- Exceptional written and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Run thorough discovery across technical and business stakeholders.
- Build and deliver tailored demos and sandbox environments.
- Recommend reference architectures addressing security, compliance, and scalability.
- Manage technical strategy for complex regional accounts.
- Develop reusable assets and provide competitive positioning.
- Mentor and develop team members on discovery and demo craft.
- Surface field insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
