Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Proficiency with Node.js, Python, and SQL.
- Experience owning real product features end-to-end.
- Product-minded approach with the ability to define features without detailed specs.
- Growth-oriented mindset with experience in funnel optimization and instrumentation.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) daily as core infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ship iterative versions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical work to non-technical teammates.
- Experience with developer-facing products or SaaS growth surfaces is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own growth projects end-to-end from scoping to production shipping and iteration.
- Build in-product growth features such as onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion surfaces.
- Improve the playground to enhance developer conversion.
- Develop conversion landing pages including components, copy scaffolding, and data layers.
- Build internal tooling and customer dashboards to optimize product team operations.
- Instrument features and run A/B tests to measure impact.
- Improve developer experience including SDK ergonomics, sample code, and first-run experiences.
